Our first meeting will take place one month prior to your wedding.  This meeting is best scheduled during your venue walkthrough.  It is at this meeting where we will start seeing the big picture!

- Review the floorplan

- Discuss decorations

- Create your timeline

Other vendors to consider inviting are your caterer, DJ, and photographer.  


The rehearsal is the next step in seeing the ceremony come to life!  Whether you are having a big party or a small, intimate wedding it is important to have a rehearsal so everyone knows what to do, where to go, and what to expect.  

This is a great time to hash out final details of the ceremony, and finalize back-up plans for any outdoor events.  


On the day of the wedding it is my job to bring together everything that has been decided, discussed, planned out, and bring your vision into reality!

I will be the point of contact for all questions and decisions so all you have to worry about is getting yourself ready to see the love of your life for the first time down the aisle.

When the day is done you can rest assure that all of your gifts and décor will be packed and ready for you to take home.


With multiple vendors and so many moving pieces involved in a wedding it is important to have someone who can see the big picture.  Aside from getting everything ready for the big day my next important job is to make sure everything runs smooth and on schedule.  This requires efficient communication with all of the vendors.
